SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping And Delivery

At E2Gift, all of our items are made-to-order. This means that once you place an order, we produce that specific item just for you—one at a time—to ensure the highest possible quality!

Our Sourcing & Standards: While a portion of our products are manufactured in-house at our US facilities, we also partner with specialized suppliers worldwide to bring you a wider variety of unique merchandise. Rest assured, we only work with vendors who meet our strict quality control guidelines and standards. This tailored production process is the reason for the delivery timeframes listed below.

Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted domestic and international carriers, including USPS, UPS, DHL, EMS, and Local Post, to deliver your package safely.

Order Processing: Production begins as soon as your payment is successfully accepted.


Estimate Time Of Arrival (ETA)

We process and fulfill orders on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding federal holidays observed by the United States Postal Service. These holidays include New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

To estimate when you can expect to receive your package, please review our production and shipping schedules below. Your estimated delivery window is calculated by adding the Production Time to the Shipping Time.

1. Production Time

This refers to the timeframe required to custom-manufacture your item before it is handed off to the shipping carrier. Because all E2Gift products are made-to-order, our daily production queues may fluctuate slightly based on seasonal demand and overall order volume.

2. Shipping Time

Shipping transit times begin once your item leaves our production facilities. While we work closely with top-tier global logistics partners to provide reliable and accurate delivery updates, please note that transit windows are estimates only and cannot be strictly guaranteed. Once a package is in transit, unexpected customs clearings or local postal delays are outside our control.

Total Delivery Time Formula:
Production Time (3-7 business days) + Shipping Time (7-20 business days depending on your location).


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with real-time tracking information. You can also log into your E2Gift account at any time to check your order status.

  • Multiple Packages: Please note that if your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. In these cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers and confirmation emails for each package.


  • Carrier Processing Time: Please allow 3–5 business days for the shipping carrier to scan your package and update its status in their system.


  • Missing Tracking Information: If you attempt to track your package and no details are available, it simply means the carrier has not processed or scanned the parcel at their sorting facility yet. Tracking events will automatically populate as soon as the package is scanned into their network.


  • Delayed Deliveries: If your estimated delivery date has passed and your package has not arrived, please contact our customer support team so we can investigate and resolve the issue for you right away.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please Double-Check Your Shipping Address. To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • Delivery Delays: If our system detects any incorrect or missing information, we may need to contact you for an update, which will delay your order processing.


  • Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages: E2Gift is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender due to incorrect details provided at checkout. In these cases, packages are sent back to our shipping partners' warehouses and, per their policy, are disposed of. Before contacting customer support, please verify the shipping address in your order confirmation email.


  • Reshipping Fees: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply to have the order sent out a second time.


  • Carrier Redirects: If you contact the shipping carrier directly after your package has left our warehouse to request a redirect or forwarding, E2Gift cannot be held liable if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
